'Hair4You's campaign images to illustrate a thought provoking view on our viewers, our images are to portray an effective story of unethical activity acted out on a young girl from India. She has been kidnapped and tied down so that the trader can cut off her hair, once hair is obtained the trader will trade the bundle in return for money. The story line also shows that the hair extensions taken unwillingly has ended up on another women's head within the western world who is unaware of what she is wearing and the journey of her new hair extensions. These campaign images were created to generate awareness and make consumers of virgin hair more conscious towards the industry, the aim of the campaign is to give consumers an insight as to what donors may experience, in hopes that this will minimise unethical activity because of awareness and help towards making a change on behalf of the western world.
